REPUTATIONAL RISK ANALYSIS   (The “Pulse” Program)

Preventative health care treatment allows the diagnosis and resolution of minor issues before they become serious and otherwise helps a person maintain optimum health.  The Pulse Program does the same thing for universities, athletic associations, professional franchises, and other sports industry clients.  Through a scalable series of interviews, fact-gathering, benchmark analyses, and reports, the Pulse Program helps the sports industry client identify and resolve reputational threats and other problem issues while they are still mere blips on the horizon.  The Pulse Program also offers suggestions and advice geared toward a more efficient, compliant, and successful organization.  If some violation or reputational threat nonetheless later emerges, the good faith and due diligence evidenced by the previous implementation of the Pulse Program will constitute a compelling rebuttal to any claim of willful ignorance, failure to promote an atmosphere of compliance, or the like.  The Pulse Program is offered as a scalable sport-specific or association-wide service.
